Everybody needs exercise but some days we want to stay on the couch. We have our excuses like "it's cold outside" "I am tired" and "I don't have time." Well today get rid of those excuse and just do it. I have those days of excuses also,like yesterday when it was cold and windy outside. So what did I do? I put on some music and danced. My kids love when I do that as they join in. We put on Christmas music and marched in place. Then we did other silly moves for 30 minutes. Once I got started(that's the hard part) I felt good and wanted to workout.
So today I encourage you to move,even 10 minutes does a body good. I will bundle up today and go for a walk. Once I get going I might even run.
