I simply followed the plan every day by taking 2 Skinny Burn capsules in the morning followed by a Skinny Blend Shake. The shake kept me full for 3 hours and then I was able to have a healthy snack of nuts, a veggie and some green tea. Lunch was fruit, nuts, cheese, and more green tea. Then I had an afternoon snack of fruit and two hours later 2 Skinny Cleanse capsules. Dinner was lean meat or fish, veggies and green tea.

I don't have a lot of weight to lose, just 7 pounds, so I only lost 2 pounds the first week. You will lose more weight the first week if you have a bigger amount of weight to lose.

    1. Awesome advice, Well people always for new diet plans and exercises but never continue in a right way. I have lost 10kg with in 90 days by following an diet plan. This diet plan include foods like Nuts, whole grains, apple, eggs, green tea, hot paper, soups, lentils etc . These foods are great for weight loss.

  4. This is the kind of diet I usually like to go on because the company sends out an actual list of meals. I hate having to figure out exactly what I'm going to have to prepare when they just give you an ambiguous idea of what you need to eat to lose weight.

    Many people don't realize, the success comes a lot from your mind. Where your mind is, is where your body is going to follow.

    You have to eat, breathe, sleep your goal(s) in life.
    Do you have a picture of what you want to look like? Grab a picture from the internet of a body that you want to strive for and paste your head on it. Put this picture in at least 3 places in your home that you see every day. Make sure it's in front of you always.
    Become more conscious of your decisions. What you put in your mouth, what you put in your head.
