Easy Fish Tacos With Avocado Cream Made With True Lime And New True Lime, Garlic & Cilantro Salt-Free Seasoning And A Giveaway

I love simple recipes that I can make on days when I don't feel like cooking. I always have these ingredients on hand so I can make dinner in a flash. These fish tacos use simple ingredients that are healthy for you too. The ingredient that brings out the flavor is lime. I never seem to have fresh limes of lime juice in my fridge, but I always have True Lime  in my pantry.

True Lime is an awesome way to add fresh-squeezed lime taste to you cooking. These packets contain 100% natural ingredients and are made from lime juice that has been crystallized. I love that True Lime has no artificial sweeteners, colors, sodium, or preservatives. True Lime can also be used to flavor water and other drinks.

The company that makes True Lime also has salt-free seasonings that are great to use in your cooking. They carry three unique salt-free seasonings that contain their True Lime, True Lemon, and True Orange in them. The flavors are Lime, Garlic & Cilantro, Orange Ginger, and Lemon Pepper. They also have the True Lemon and True Lime in shaker jars. I used the Lime, Garlic & Cilantro to season my fish and it gave it a awesome taste.

Easy Fish Tacos With Avocado Cream

Makes 2 servings

2 frozen fish fillets, thawed(I like using cod or tilapia)
True Lime Salt-free Lime,Garlic & Cilantro seasoning
small bag of cole slaw mix
8 white corn tortillas
1 ripe avocado
1 True Lime packet
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 cup fat free mayo or fat free sour cream

Place thawed fish in a microwave safe dish and sprinkle both sides of fish with True Lime Salt-free Lime,Garlic & Cilantro seasoning. Microwave the fish on high for 4-5 minutes. While the fish is cooking, make the avocado cream.
To make the avocado cream:peel and mash up the avocado in a bowl. Add the True Lime Packet, garlic powder, and mayo, stir to combine.
When the fish is done, microwave the tortillas for 30 seconds to warm them up. Place two tortillas on a plate and place a generous amount of cole slaw mix on it. Place half of a fish piece on the cole slaw mix and top with the avocado cream. Repeat with the remaining ingredients. Serve two fish tacos per person. To serve more people just cook one fish fillet per person and use more corn tortillas.

The company that makes True Lime also makes other great products like flavored drink mixes and water flavorings in addition to their salt-free seasonings and True Lime packets.
