I eat a vegetarian diet because it is better for my body. I take the time to choose products that are not made with meat as I want to eat healthy. Drinking smoothies is one of the ways I get a whole bunch of nutrition in my body. I want my smoothies to reflect my vegetarian diet so the last thing I want in my smoothie is an animal based protein powder. I am glad that I found a vegan protein powder that tastes great. I use Everlast VP vanilla vegan protein powder in all my smoothies. This vegan protein powder has a creamy vanilla taste to it and it makes my smoothies so thick and creamy.
There are many other reasons I choose Everlast VP vegan protein powder. Here are some of the reasons.
Everlast Vegan Protein is easier to digest over the traditional whey proteins.
Everlast VP is the ultimate plant-based protein mix delivering a complete BCAA profile using the highest grade blend of yellow pea, rice and hemp proteins to promote lean muscle growth and recovery.
Everlast VP is lactose, gluten, sugar, hormone, GMO and cholesterol free. Plus, it has the best taste of any vegan protein mix I have tasted.
Everlast VP is the ideal solution to Vegan/vegetarian body building and for anyone looking to build lean muscle. Each scoop delivers 22g of Protein and is only 110 calories.

Pineapple Kale Smoothie
1 scoop VP vegan protein powder
1 cup kale leaves
1 cup fresh pineapple, cubed
2 tablespoons flax seeds
1/2 teaspoon matcha green tea powder
Mix all ingredients in a blender until smooth
