Tropical Coconut Mango Smoothie That Is Dairy And Gluten Free

One sip of this refreshing tropical coconut mango smoothie will make you wanting more.

I love spring! The days are warmer and everything is getting a fresh new look. The birds are singing and the flowers are blooming. Even my mornings are getting a fresh change. I am waking up earlier and ready to start the day with a healthy attitude. Maybe the thought of wearing shorts has me wanting a healthy body. I think the spring weather helps me want to eat healthy too. I am buying more fruits and one of my favorite fruits is mangos. I just love starting my day with a healthy smoothie that is loaded with protein and delicious fruit. My favorite smoothie for spring is a tropical coconut mango smoothie. This smoothie has a wonderful refreshing tropical taste and is so healthy and flavorful. One sip and you might think you are over indulging, relax you can enjoy this smoothie guilt free.

My tropical smoothie has plenty of protein and heart healthy omegas in it from a wonderful plant based protein powder that is made from pumpkin seeds. No, it does not taste like pumpkin or pumpkin seeds. It simply tastes like a vanilla protein shake. This pumpkin seed protein is made by Pure Goodness and is a premium superfood. The Styrian pumpkin seeds are gently cold pressed to make this incredible plant based protein powder that has 15 grams of protein per serving. This protein powder is also loaded with omega 6 and 9 along with potassium, iron, zinc, phosphorus, magnesium and manganese. Who knew pumpkin seeds had all this wonderful nutrition. What I love best is the things this pumpkin seed protein does not have. You won't find any GMO's, gluten, soy, or dairy in this product and it is vegan, paleo and raw friendly. This is made from 100% Styrian pumpkin seeds with  natural vanilla and stevia to give it a nice sweetness.

Now the color made look different, but this delicious protein blends in nicely with the mangos giving the smoothie a nice color. You can also get this protein in chocolate or unflavored. Pure Goodness also makes a hemp based protein powder too in vanilla, chocolate or unflavored. I need all three flavors in my pantry so I can make some delicious smoothies everyday. The chocolate protein powder would make a healthy chocolate peanut butter smoothie. Eating healthy never tasted so good. I need to try this wonderful protein powder in my healthy protein bites that my boys love. This pumpkin seed protein would give my boys some wonderful omegas( for their brains) and magnesium ( for their leg cramps.) I could also bake with this protein powder!
