A New Year is my perfect invitation to get back to healthy eating and taking care of my body. I am bringing in the New Year with eggnog, a healthy version of course. I discovered Eggnog Matcha.

I was rewarded with a creamy eggnog smoothie. The Eggnog Matcha being 100% natural does not have any added sugar or artificial sweeteners. I added a package of Stevia to my drink for some sweetness. Yes the drink is green, Match is green tea, but the flavor is awesome.
