I love to read books to my younger boys that teach lessons. My boys enjoy their stories at bedtime and always remind me before bedtime. Reading books before bedtime not only is a great way for my boys to unwind but it gives them something to think about as they fall asleep. Must Have Marvin written by Christy Ziglar is a wonderful book that my boys enjoyed. The lesson taught in the book even taught me a lesson that I pondered on that night as I fell asleep. I realized that I need to place more importance on friendships than things. I thought of ways I could spend more time with my family and friends.

ReplyDeleteI want to teach my children the value of perseverance. It think it is important to stick with your dreams. Also, to not judge others or themselves too critically.
