I bake a lot of cookies and I hate cleaning cookie sheets afterwards. I also do not like using non-stick sprays as they are loaded with chemicals and cost a lot of money. I also use a silicone baking mat (not the one mentioned above). It's a life saver, and not much waste as well!!
