Plant Based Vegan Cashew Cheese Pate

This plant-based cashew pate is so creamy and spreadable

I think one of the things that I miss once I decided to eliminate dairy from my diet was cheese. Cheese was one of my favorite foods to snack on. I was craving cheese and needed a plant-based substitute to enjoy.  So I searched through vegan recipes until I discovered a vegan cheese spread that looked so delicious. I just knew that I had to make this plant-based recipe.

I am so glad that I bought the ingredients that I needed to make this cashew cheese as the plant-based recipe was a huge success. This plant-based cheese spread tastes just like a cream pate. My favorite way to enjoy this vegan spread is on crackers. While it may not be like a slice of cheddar cheese, it is a wonderful substitute for those who are allergic to dairy products. This delicious spread could be comparable to a cheese ball or other spreadable cheese.

Vegan Cashew Cheese Is So Nutritious

This vegan cashew cheese pate is not only delicious but is very healthy too. So people who follow a vegetarian food plan will enjoy this healthy snack. I just love spreading this creamy cashew pate on crackers. Trust me after one bite of this cashew pate, you will want more. Go ahead and indulge in this spread. This vegan pate is made with plant-based ingredients and a superfood called nutritional yeast. Nutritional yeast is loaded with plenty of vitamins. This meatless cheese spread is loaded with protein, fiber, B vitamins, and lots of minerals. You will love that this creamy pate is also plant-based and has such a wonderful nutty taste.

Vegan Cashew Cheese is:
+ Vegan
+ Plant-based
+ Vegetarian
+ Meatless
+ Creamy
+ Spreadable
+ Nutty
+ Dairy-Free
+ Loaded with Protein
+ Allergy-Friendly
+ Full of vitamins
+ Full of fiber
+ Gluten-free

Nutritional Yeast is a Superfood

Nutritional yeast is the superfood ingredient in my cashew pate. Nutritional yeast is a  delicious salty, creamy, nutty, cheese-tasting superfood that can be sprinkled on just about everything! I love sprinkling it over spaghetti squash and oatmeal. Nutritional yeast is also naturally comprised of 50% protein (a complete vegan source), over 20% fiber, contains all 18 amino acids and 15 different minerals (including iron, selenium, and zinc) as well as a natural vitamin B-complex and Beta-glucans (known for their extreme immune-enhancing properties)

So easy to make

To make the vegan spread that tastes like a fancy cheese ball or a pate spread, you just combine a couple of ingredients in a blender. Vegan ingredients like cashews, soy sauce, and nutritional yeast are just a few of the ingredients. This pate can be formed in many different shapes. I like mine in a round disk but you could use a different type of pan and make the cashew cheese pate in a square or even log shape.

The perfect party food

When you eat dairy-free or vegan, it can be hard to find food to eat at a party. So I always like to bring a dish that is plant-based so I know there will be something I can enjoy eating. This vegan cheese is so easy to whip up. I like to place the cashew cheese on a cutting board and serve it with some different varieties of crackers. This plant-based pate would look very nice in the center of a meat and cheese board. Your non-vegan friends would be surprised to learn that it was made from cashews and was a meatless meal option.

Vegan Cashew Cheese Pate
