I love the taste of ice cream. My favorite flavor is chocolate with creamy marshmallow or peanut butter mixed. What I would do right now for a big bowl of cold creamy ice cream right now. I tend to crave ice cream a lot. If I had it my way I would eat ice cream every day. Unfortunately my waist would suffer if I ate ice cream every day. I have found a way to satisfy my ice cream craving without harming my waist line. I can now have the taste of ice cream every day without all those pesky calories.
