Tired of burnt cookies?
I love my Silicone Baking Mat for many reasons. The main reason that I love these non-stick mats is for baking cookies. My cookies come out perfect on these silicone mats. The mat distributes the heat better and bakes the cookies more evenly, resulting in a perfect non-burnt cookie. These mats also are healthier to use as you don't have to grease your baking sheet or use chemical cooking sprays. I know you could use parchment paper but that is costly. These silicone baking mats are reusable and they clean up fast. I just soak mine in soapy water and wipe them clean. The mess comes right off. My silicone baking mats are used all week for roasting veggies, baking biscuits and making no bake chocolate cookies on. They last a long time too. If you like baking cookies make sure to get one for every cookie sheet that you own as it allows you to bake your cookies more efficiently. I own about six silicone baking mats and I place one on each cookie sheet when making cookies. Then I scoop the cookie dough on each one and then as I take cookies out of the oven, I can put the next one in.
