Healthy Low Carb Vegan Paleo Strawberry Frozen Dessert

This frozen strawberry dessert is so healthy you can eat for breakfast!

I have a lot of friends who are eating healthier and I am so proud that they are choosing to do so not only for themselves but also for me. I now don't have to be the odd healthy person anymore. I have some friends who are not eating meat, some no sugar, others who are on gluten free diets, some who are doing low carb, and then some who are on the paleo diet. It can be tricky to know what to make for dessert for them as it is hard to keep track of these different meal plans. Today I think I made a dessert that will satisfy all my friends and it is so delicious! The best part is that it only contains 4 ingredients and it is high in protein. This creamy delicious frozen treat can be enjoyed right away too. So you already know that it is high in protein (10 grams plant based) and paleo approved. I will tell what it does not have, it contains no sugar, no gluten, no dairy, no soy, no nuts, no eggs, and no artificial anything. It is also low in carbs.

So how does one make a deliciously creamy frozen treat if it contains almost none of the ingredients that make things taste good? I start with a healthy Clean Lean Protein powder that is made from the power of peas and then I add some delicious fruits and yummy coconut milk. This protein powder from Nuzest is a complete plant-based powder that has all Contains all nine essential amino acids, plus many more. This delicious protein powder is vegan and paleo-approved. It also is gluten-free, dairy-free, soy-free, and GMO-free! My favorite flavor of Nuzest is Wild Strawberry as it gives my morning smoothies a great berry taste. The other flavors of this awesome clean lean protein powder are also very delicious so it was hard to choose a favorite. They also make Smooth Vanilla, Rich Chocolate, Creamy Cappuccino, and Natural. Trust me you will want to keep them all in your pantry for delicious creamy smoothies and desserts that are paleo, vegan approved.

  13. I find it much cheaper to always buy unflavored protein powder. Helps you experiment and not get tired of the same drink. Looks yum

  14. Every time I try a protein powder it doesn't agree with me. I'm going to give this one a try because I know the importance of it, when you're trying to loose those extra little pounds. I love that it's Dairy Free as well. I'll take a picture to see if I was a success!
