ReplyDeleteMy dishes are so mismatched, lol. we have some light blue, then we have some multi-color retro melamine in green/orange/yellow/blue like a rainbow, and we have various bowls from older sets in different colors.

ReplyDeleteI use white bowls that I bought from the $1 store about 8 years ago! They are wonderful, but have just recently started to get chips in them.
ReplyDeleteI have Pfaltzgraff dishes that I received as a wedding gift about 30 years ago. Still in terrific condition, but I think it's time for an update.

We have a variety of different dishware, so they're all different colors and I have no clue the brands. They're still the ones my husband and I used in college. I know, time to upgrade! lol

We have a bunch of mismatched bowls, lol. I do have a set of cereal bowls from Kellogg's with various cereal characters on them, like Tony the Tiger & Snap, Crackle & Pop.

We really love simple, white, heavy dinnerware. However, I LOVE fun patterns and bold colors to spice things up!

ReplyDeleteMy dinnerware is a mishmash of random pieces collected over the years. Mainly thrift stores or taken from my parents house. lol. I had a black set that I loved, but it broke so easily and chipped a lot and I didn't feel like that was safe to use with my children. I would love to be an actual grown up with a whole set of matching dishes lol

At our trailer, our dinnerware is just random pieces we've collected, nothing matches and it's a little pitiful but c'est la vie.

ReplyDeleteWe use square stoneware plates and bowls that I got on sale at Pier 1 and we have another small set of plates that we used for our wedding that have cute floral patterns that I got dirt cheap at Crate and Barrel we use those for smaller meals cause their lighter and smaller.

I have some old Corelle dishes that we use for everyday.
ReplyDeleteDepending on what we eat or the occasion, helps me decide if we use paper plates, my corelle or my Sears glass plates.
