Kids Banana-Berry Immune Boosting Smoothie

Sponsored post written by me on behalf of MegaFood. All opinions are entirely my own.

My boys love this healthy treat that boosts their immunity!

Do you cringe when it is cold season? I know I do and I go into healthy mom mode. The first thing I do is hound the boys about hand washing often. Then I buy lots of healthy food. A healthy diet helps kids to fight all those germs. We as mom's know that giving kids healthy foods like fruits and veggies will help them to stay healthy, especially during cold season. That is if you can get your kids to eat all the fruits and veggies that are necessary to stay healthy. I don't know about you kids, but my boys don't always eat their fruit and veggies at every meal. The school serves them fruits and veggies at breakfast and lunch but I am not there to make sure they eat them. Even if they did eat all their fruits and veggies, it would still be hard to get all the nutrients that they need to fight germs off during cold-season as our produce today is not as nutrient rich as it needs to be. By the time the farmer picks the produce and it gets to your store, it has lost a lot of vitamins and minerals. So unless you grow your own food or consume a big amount of produce, your diet is going to be lacking. So how do you protect your kids during cold-season? You make them a delicious Banana-Berry Immune Boosting Smoothie that contains not only fruit but a secret ingredient that is loaded with immune-supportive nutrients.

I love using Kids Daily Immune system to help them fight all those nasty germs.
This unflavored powder adds no taste to their favorite juice or smoothie. This whole food powder has elderberry, echinacea, astragalus, and a bunch of other fruits that are loaded with antioxidants.* MegaFood makes it easy for me to close the nutritional gap in my children's diet and also mine. I also love using MegaFood Daily Energy and Daily Turmeric in my smoothies for great energy and muscle pain.

You too can close the nutritional gap in your diet. If you make a pledge to close your nutritional gap at https://megafood.com/megapledge/ you can print a $5.00 coupon for MegaFood products
( Available to the first 20,000 pledgers)  and be entered for a chance to win a year’s supply of Multis and an ahh-mazing wellness getaway just for pledging.

MegaFood will also donate 1 bottle of Multis for every pledge (up to 20,000) to someone in need. Plus, we’ll make a donation to Wholesome Wave, equivalent to 2 servings of fresh fruits & veggies per pledge for those in need.

  3. Boosting kid's energy and immune system was an important thing for moms out there. There is no doubt on the nutrients that they get from the healthy natural foods, but children should also have an organic supplement to fill in the gaps that they are getting from real foods.

  9. Apoptosis is the way you want it to happen. Apoptosis is the process whereby an ageing cell signals a white blood cell to come and destroy it thoroughly.
