Every night I give myself a foot massage before I fall asleep. This massage not only helps me to fall asleep, how I hate having insomnia, but it also has amazing other benefits for the body. My favorite foot massage benefit is relieving stomach problems. When you rub a certain point on your foot it can help get the gas out of your body. When my boys were babies I would massage their feet when they were gassy and it would help them pass gas. Foot massages are good for colicky babies and a foot massage may help the baby relax. Now that my boys are older, I still rub their feet when they complain of a stomach ache and they think it is so funny that my touching their feet makes them fart. Foot reflexology is nothing new, it has been around for a long time. Take a look at the picture above and find the places where it says intestines and stomach. Now with your hands rub and push on those spots. Do you feel your stomach moving?

When you walk or run you are kind of giving your body a foot massage. When you walk your foot pressure points are being touched on the ground. Walking barefoot on smooth rocks is also another great way to get those pressure points on the feet massaged. My shower in my bathroom has a pebble floor and I love massaging my foot pressure points on the stones.

I have discovered a wonderful way to massage my feet daily and no hands are needed.

This deep foot massager gives amazing foot massages with the touch of a button. The best part is no hands are needed. The foot massage device does all the work as it has massaging balls that move along the pressure points on your feet. This foot device has several different speeds and even heats up.

A foot massage can be beneficial for the whole body. There are many different pressure points on the foot that connect to different parts of the body. A foot massage can help your heart, brain, sinus, and so much more. Take a look at the above foot picture and see all the other body parts that a foot massage can help. When you apply pressure and massage these foot pressure points it benefits that part of the body. It is simply amazing how a foot massage can help the overall well-being of your body.

The only problem with a foot massage is it can be time-consuming as to get the maximum benefits is can take thirty minutes. So how is one to get a great foot massage? Sure you could massage your feet while watching tv, the only problem is I would rather use my hands to work on the computer. All that rubbing makes my hands hurt too. That is why I rub my feet after I am in bed but I only rub them for Five minutes before I get bored.

I have discovered a wonderful way to massage my feet daily and no hands are needed. Meet my Deep Shiatsu Foot Massager. This wonderful deep foot massager allows me to work on the computer or watch TV and get a relaxing wonderful feeling foot massage. I just love how this feels so good product rubs all those pressure points on my feet, including the toes. Not only does this foot massager help with foot reflexology but it is also wonderful for tired achy feet. My husband is on his feet all day and when he comes home, he puts his feet into my massager and it helps his feet better while watching TV. I am glad the device has removable booties that I can throw into the wash as his feet can be stinky.

This foot massager has lots of great features like a timer and different modes. My boys even love the deep foot massager and think the air pressure mode is the best. I like the kneading and heat modes. Most times I use this wonderful foot thingy in the morning while I write but it comes in handy after running too.

Do you like to have your feet massaged?
