Looking for sugar-free baking mixes that are also gluten-free?
I love when I discover a dessert mix that I can quickly make for my friends who have special dietary needs yet it tastes so good that everyone can enjoy the same dessert. That way my friends who need to eat sugar-free or gluten-free don't have to feel like they are a bother. I choose not to eat meat and I hate to make extra work for my friends when I eat at their house so I usually don't announce my food preferences as I don't want to be a pain. So I feel for friends who have dietary needs that must be followed and I always make a dessert that can be enjoyed by all my guests. I love that companies are making gluten-free/sugar-free products that taste so good that people are always surprised when I tell them it is gluten-free after they taste it. Most people who don't have special dietary needs would never try a dessert if you told them it was gluten-free or sugar-free as they think it will taste bad. I don't blame them as I have had some bad tasting desserts. I am glad that Sans Sucre baking mixes are made with all natural Stevia and gluten-free ingredients so I can make a delicious dessert for my friends.
My family and I sampled the Sans Sucre Sugar-free and Gluten-free brownie mixes and they were so delicious! I was surprised at how easy they were to make. I did even have to add eggs, just oil and water! I loved that the recipe ideas on the side of the package suggested adding fruit and nuts for even more great flavor. Have you tried blueberries in Blonde Brownies? You should as it tasted like sweet blueberry pancakes.
Sans Sucre also makes these amazing Mousse mixes that my boys enjoy. Since they are sugar-free, this mom can say yes to dessert more often. My favorite flavor is French Vanilla.
They have other flavors like Chocolate, Lemon, and Key Lime to name a few.

What some great sounding mixes, I used to love baking but as I can't stand in the kitchen for long now these mixes might be a great way to make sure we still get some yummy treats!

ReplyDeleteI know how you feel about not wanting to inconvenience anyone. I'm super allergic to peanuts, so I always have to ask about that. I also used to be a vegetarian. Therefore I know what it's like and don't mind at all to tailor things a bit for my friends.
