Gluten-free Smoked Salmon Bagel With Lemon Hummus
When I received a tin of Fishwife Gold Label Smoked Salmon, I knew that this seafood in a can was not your ordinary tinned fish. I just loved the look of the packaging. Then I read about how they smoked the salmon over beech, maple, and birch wood. I simply could not wait to taste this fish.
Once I opened up the tin of smoked salmon, I was amazed by the look of the smoked fish. The thick slices of smoked salmon were the best-looking I had ever seen. Then I had my first taste. The thick slices and buttery-rich taste were so good. I knew that I had to use this special salmon in my brunch recipe.
So I whipped up my favorite lemon hummus recipe and toasted a gluten-free bagel. I then slathered the lemon hummus on my bagel. Then it was time to place the thick slices of smoked salmon on the bagel, followed by a sprinkling of homemade everything spice. My recipe for lemon hummus is at the end of this post.
