How To Clean Your House Without Chemicals

     I strive to lead a healthy lifestyle. I don't want chemicals in my food or in the cleaning products that I use. I also want cleaning products that work to keep my house clean. That means when I buy a natural cleaner I want it to work just as well as traditional cleaners or better. Over the years I have discovered that I can clean with natural ingredients and I don't have to expose myself or my family to harmful chemicals, that do who knows what to my body. I like that companies are making cleaning products that work and that are safe for the environment and my family.

I recently discovered Frosch environmentally friendly cleaning products through Moms Meet. Last month I attended a wonderful conference in California that was all about healthy products.    I was sent a variety of Frosch products and could not wait to try them out. The first thing I noticed as I used the cleaning product was the wonderful natural scents. These scents did not have a chemical scent to it but instead had scents like citrus, lavender, and pomegranate. There was no need to open windows while I cleaned and I did not feel the need to wear gloves either as all the ingredients were safe for my skin. I put the products to use around my house and actually enjoyed cleaning.

That day I was able, with the help of Frosch, get my dishes washed, windows cleaned, floors mopped, countertops cleaned, and my toilet cleaned. I think I like the Lemon Toilet Bowl Cleaner the best as it was a nice citrus scented thick liquid that that adhered to the stains on my toilet. This liquid did a wonderful job of cleaning my toilet without harsh fumes. It actually made the hard water stains less visible. I would show you the inside of my toilet but, because we have very hard water here, it has brown hard water lines on it that are not pretty. The cleaner made them look better, the only way I can totally get rid of the hard water stains is to sand them away. That is work and they just come back due to the hard water.

The Lavender Universal Cleaner did a great job on my kitchen floor. I love that it sanitizes and leaves no residue. It had a wonderful lavender scent also.

I loved the scent of the Pomegranate Dishwashing Liquid. It had a nice lather and cleaned my dishes while soothing my hands. Kind of like a hand treatment at the same time. The Aloe Vera Dishwashing Liquid one, ideal for sensitive skin,  had a mild scent to it and also the same great cleaning power. 

I loved that the Baking Soda All Purpose Cleaner took all the grime off my kitchen counter tops. The Bio Spirit Glass Cleaner was easy to use on my windows and did not require lots of elbow grease to make my windows streak-free. Both of these cleaners had nice mild scents to them.
