Do you crave the taste of everything spice bagels? This homemade bagel recipe is super easy to make!

My favorite flavor of bagel is the everything kind. I just love the toppings and plenty of them. There are only a couple of places in town to get an everything bagel that satisfies my craving and a store-bought bagel just won't cut it. It has to be fresh out of the oven for me. So when I discovered an easy two-ingredient bagel recipe that I could make in the air fryer, I was all in. I knew that I had to make this bagel! This recipe needs no yeast or fancy mixer. You don't even have to use a soda bath! The bagels are mix, form, and bake! You can bake them in the air fryer or the oven. These homemade bagels are so easy to make that my teen sons can make them.

These homemade bagels don't take that much time to make. You can make the dough the night before and place it in the fridge. Then the next morning, all you have to do is form the bagel dough into bagels and bake them in the air fryer. You will have fresh bagels in no time.

My family loves these bagels! Since I was making bagels, I knew that I had to make my own Homemade Everything Bagel topping.

If your store does not carry all the spices that are needed to make the Everything Bagel topping or the spices are expensive, then you need to buy this Everything But The Bagel spice blend. If your store does not carry spices in their bulk section then this spice blend is so much cheaper to buy. I love that this product has all the spices combined for me. I buy this spice blend as it is amazing on eggs and avocados. I also use it on fish and in other bread recipes.

Two-Ingredient Bagels are

+ Delicious
+ Easy to Make
+ Healthy
+ Simple Recipe
+Made in the Air Fryer
+ Fun to Shape
+ Full of Flavor
+ Chewy

So what are the ingredients in these Drool-Worthy Bagels?

All you need are self-rising flour and Greek yogurt! Don't worry if you don't have self-rising flour as you can easily make some with 2 teaspoons baking powder and 3/4 teaspoon salt per one cup of flour. You also need an egg white to give the bagels a nice shine. These chewy bagels taste great with cream cheese or butter! You can even make a delicious egg sandwich with these chewy bagels.

Greek yogurt is loaded with protein so these bagels have lots of protein!

These Everything Bagels are super easy to make!

You simply combine the flour and Greek yogurt in a bowl. Then you knead it a bit and form them into bagels. You can also make other shapes if you like. Then you bake for 12 minutes in the air fryer or about 25 minutes in the oven. It is that simple! A warm fresh chewy bagel in about 30 minutes is awesome to me. These air fryer bagels are so easy to make. My boys love making the bagel dough themselves and they have so much fun forming the bread dough into bagels.

You can make the dough the night before and cook the bagels while getting ready for the day!

Easy Two Ingredient Everything Bagel Recipe
 Ingredients
1 cup self-rising purpose flour*
1 cup Greek yogurt (not regular yogurt, it will be too sticky)
1 egg white, beaten
Everything Bagel Spice topping

Directions:
   1. In a medium bowl combine the flour and yogurt, mix with a fork or spatula until well combined (it will look like small crumbles).
2. Knead the dough on a lightly floured surface until the dough is no longer sticky. Add more flour if needed.
3. Divide the dough into 4 pieces and roll each into a ball. Then roll the ball into a 3/4 inch rope and form that into a circle.
4. Lightly brush the egg white onto the dough and sprinkle the Everything Bagel Seasoning on top. If you want plain bagels, just omit the seasoning.
5. Bake the dough in a preheated air fryer or oven.

Air fryer method
Preheat the air fryer at 325F degrees for 12 minutes. Spray the air fryer pan with non-stick pan spray. Place 2 bagels at a time in the pan so they are not touching each other. Cook for 12 minutes or until golden brown. Let cool 10 minutes before cutting.

Oven Method
Preheat oven to 375F. Place parchment paper or a Silpat on a baking sheet. Place the dough on the baking sheet and bake for 25 minutes or until golden brown. Let cool 10 minutes before cutting.

*If you don't have self-rising flour, just combine 1 cup of flour with 2 teaspoons baking powder and 3/4 teaspoon salt.
