Dairy Free Vegan Chocolate Protein Pancakes

When pancakes are made with wholesome ingredients, they can be a part of a healthy breakfast. These vegan pancakes are loaded with plenty of protein and fiber, Top them with your favorite fruit for a delicious healthy breakfast.

Eating healthy does not have to be boring and tasteless. When you use the right ingredients and recipes you can create delicious healthy food options. No longer do you have to say no to pancakes for breakfast as these chocolate pancakes are a healthy breakfast option. These chocolate pancakes are loaded with plant-based protein and are a perfect way to add more protein to your diet.

If you follow a plant-based diet it can be hard to get enough protein into your body. One of the best ways to add protein to your meals is with protein powder. I am not talking about drinking a protein shake with your meals, that can get boring and tasteless. Instead, add a scoop or two of protein powder to your favorite plant-based recipes. No longer do you have to drink protein powder to get the protein benefits.

My favorite way to add protein to my diet is with a vegan protein powder. One of my favorite protein powders to use is Nuzest Rich Chocolate Clean Lean Protein Powder This pea-based protein powder has a rich chocolate taste and mixes into recipes so well. I love that this plant-based protein powder is dairy-free, Gluten Free, Soy Free, and has no GMOs! So it is the perfect protein for those with allergies and sensitivities. I have a dairy allergy so dairy-free protein powder is a plus for me. The best part about Nuzest is it blends well into recipes and has no chalky taste.

The protein powder that uses no sweeteners like Stevia

Nuzest protein is perfect for making chocolate peanut butter smoothies. One scoop of Nuzest Clean Lean Protein Powder adds 20 grams of plant-based protein to any smoothie or recipe. You will like that this protein powder contains no sweeteners like sugar or stevia. That makes it a low-carb protein powder. So one serving of these delicious chocolate pancakes has 20 grams of protein!

Make a double batch of these protein pancakes as they can be served the next day for breakfast, The pancakes are also perfect for peanut butter and jelly sandwiches.

Keep the pancakes healthy and don't add butter and syrup

I think pancakes become unhealthy when people slather on the butter and drench them in sugary syrup. So don't reach for butter or syrup when enjoying these protein pancakes, instead top them with some healthy pancake toppings.

  12. I use protein powder on all my strength training days and this one sounds lovely! I find I don't like how the texture of bakes change with the addition of protein powder though, so I usually just have it in a shake.
