I have had severe hot flashes and get excessively sweaty doing regular activities around the house like sweeping and mopping. It is so annoying. While it can be antidepressant medication side effects, I think I went into menopause around 40ish too. I still sweat like a pig when I barely do anything it’s so gross. I don’t like it one bit.
