I have found a wonderful prenatal vitamin for all you prego ladies out there or those who are trying to become pregnant. Premama prenatal vitamin is a great flavorless powder supplement that you mix in juice or water. I wish this was around when I was pregnant(been there six times)as it is easy to digest compared to those horse pills the doctors prescribe. Premama even has ginger root in it to reduce nausea. I love the way it comes in a tube that is divided into two equally divided does which makes it easier to take. I mixed the powder into my orange juice and it did not change the taste of my juice. The powder dissolved very well in the juice also.
Here is the nutritional facts on Premama and you can see it has great stuff in it.

I didn't really, except in the beginning, it was hard to keep anything down!! lol
I think this is great! I was so sick with my kids I could not ever get those big vitamins down.
It's been something.
yes i do them make me sick
They are HUGE! Makes them hard to swallow! And they taste disgusting if you get them stuck in your throat.
My biggest problem is that they are so difficult to swallow. They get stuck in my throat and make me gag...blech! I would love to try this alternative method.
Thanks!

I have a problem with having to take a handful of vitamins for breakfast...being able to get most of the vitamins needed in one or two pills would be great.
