A Beautiful Solution To A Daily Hair Problem

This bracelet is designed to integrate your always-needed hair tie elastic with stylish jewelry.

I love when I come across a product that makes me go, "where has this been all my life?" A couple weeks ago, my husband and I were watching TV and this commercial came on for the Maria Shireen hair tie bracelets I watched the whole ad and thought to myself "what a great idea!" My husband, on the other hand, made a comment in such that he thought it was a weird idea. I immediately explained to him about the frustrations, we ladies, have with the need to tie our hair back and not having a hair tie handy. My husband understood and then said, "you need to review this product." I, of course, wanted to so I could tell other ladies about this wonderful bracelet. The next day, I received an email from a PR person asking me to do a mother's day promotion for these beautiful bracelets. I, of course, said yes.

When I received my bittersweet By Maria Shireen hair tie bracelets, I was overjoyed with excitement. The bracelet was so beautiful. I just love how light it feels on my wrist. The flower design on the ends of the bracelet just adds a special touch of elegance. It is a stylish piece of jewelry that is so functional. I love that I can add any color hair tie to it and match my clothes for the day. This beautiful piece can be worn with any outfit, even my dressy ones. The most important thing is I will always have a hair tie available when I need it, no more having to search my purse for one. Never again will I be without a way to put my hair back. This will be great for those windy days, that come out of nowhere, and I need to put my hair back.

The Maria Sheen bracelet started as a present created by her husband. The ever-observant engineer noticed his wife's habit (a basic necessity!) of wearing an elastic band around her wrist. The problem was the elastic band was an eye sore and it left a dent around the wrist. Her husband decided to solve the problem, and did it with style! He created a bracelet that eliminates the pressure from the elastic around the wrist and makes the hair tie look like a stylish bracelet by creating a channel that holds the hair tie in place.  The idea was so simple but so unique that he currently has a patent pending for the design!

I just love how the bracelet got its name:
When my husband surprised me with the bracelet he had it engraved with my name (Shireen Maria) in my mother's native language, Farsi. However, my Icelandic husband did not realize that Farsi is written from right to left (not left to right like English), so the engraving read "Maria Shireen." When translated to English "Maria Shireen" means "bittersweet" which is where the name of the bracelet was born.  Thus began our journey to bringing this functional fashion accessory to women everywhere.

These wonderful bracelets are the most ideal, perfect gift for any mom, from the on-the-go mom and working mom to an athletic mom or traveling mom. They come in black, gold, silver, and rose gold and are just beautiful with or without a hair band! The bracelets hold those not so beautiful hair ties in a beautiful and fashionable way. Your mom will love you for this thoughtful gift...we promise! Get your mom, or yourself, one or more of these pretty bracelets and free your wrist from ugly hair ties.

Always keep one of your hair ties handy for times when you need to put your hair up, but don’t get caught without one of the Maria Shireen bracelet .

This is brilliant, it doesn't make you look like a highschool student with the elastics on your arm. Which is cool. I love that you can easily disguise your hair tie like this. I'm sure my girls will love it!

My Mom would totally go for this. It's simple and it doesn't have anything furry so she would be okay to wear this with almost anything.

My hair is way short so I usually just twist them and put a head wrap on. But sometimes I put extensions and this would be practical to have!
