  I am a mom of five and a grandma to three. My passions are health and fitness as it helps me feel great. So you can count on me to share the best health advice as I want others to know about the power of a healthy diet and exercise. I love starting my day with exercise and love working out in my home gym.

I also visit my local gym regularly, to inspire others to keep up their fitness goals. When the weather gets warm, I love running outside. I love creating healthy meals and trying new recipes and regularly share them with my readers.

 I also love sharing healthy products that I discover, especially ones that are organic and green. I also share my journey of discovering my food allergies and managing my asthma naturally. I am passionate about helping people live a non-toxic life. My daily smoothies and coffee keep me going.
