The Expo is the biggest gluten-free and allergen-friendly event in the US!
I am so excited to be able to attend the Gluten Free & Allergy Friendly Expo In Glendale, Arizona next month! This is is going to be a great way for me to learn about delicious products that are available for people who are sensitive or allergic to certain foods. My daughter has a peanut/nut allergy and I am sensitive to dairy so I will enjoy 2 full days of tasting allergy-friendly foods. That way I can come back and share the products that I discovered with my readers. I have many friends who can't eat gluten so I want to learn more about products that are available that taste good so I can share my advice with them. I had a friend the other day who was craving pizza and was disappointed at the last gluten-free pizza that she had bought. So I told her about Caulipower pizza and how my family loves the taste, even my picky husband. Because a company sent me a sample of Caulipower pizza, I was able to help my friend. It is amazing how good allergy-friendly foods taste and there are many that I enjoy so much that I buy them for my family.
