Organic Tart Cherry Juice Is A Proven Secret To Boost Sleep & Reduce Pain

I love when I find a natural product that works as well as medicine. Sleepytime Organic Tart Cherry Juice is a great tasting product that is made only from cherries and nothing else. This juice has melatonins in it to help improve your sleep. Cherry juice is also know for its anti-inflammatory properties to help reduce pain and swelling. I love that this juice is also loaded with antioxidants.

I have trouble falling asleep most nights and I don't want to take habit forming drugs to help me, so I took the recommended dose of 2 tablespoons, 2 hours before bed. I was surprised that by bedtime I was sleepy and had no troubles falling asleep. I have been taking this juice for a week and have been sleeping so much better.

This juice has also helped me with a problem on my heel that I got from running. I have not gone to the doctor, I did make an appointment, to get it diagnosed yet but I have noticed that the thing on my heel swells up my nighttime and hurts more making walking on it harder. Since I have been taking the cherry juice, my pain has lessened and my heel is easier to walk on. I like that I can take cherry juice instead of ibuprofen for the swelling and pain.

This tart cherry juice is easy to take. The juice is a little tart tasting but I have no trouble drinking the 2 tablespoon serving. If the juice is too tart you can add it to your favorite juice, I added it to grape juice and it was yummy. You can add it to smoothies, yogurt, or even over ice cream. I love that this juice is made from 100% organic cherries and that I can use it instead of medicines that have side effects.

Hmmm ... I think I need this. I fall asleep fine, but most nights wake up around 2 a.m. and have a hard time getting back to sleep. Thanks for letting me know about it!

I don't sleep much at night, this would be so helpful, but I love finding natural remedies for pain, my husband would appreciate this because he hates taking pills.

I've heard about the pain-relieving and anti-inflammation properties of cherry juice, but had no idea that it can help people sleep. Interesting.

This sounds fantastic! I am the same as you with some trouble sleeping but I never take anything, plus a bum knee so this would be terrific!

I get a lot of joint pain due to my Lupus and I hate taking anything and often just bare with it and am grumpy to my kids and husband. I bet this may help to alleviate it some. I'll need to check into it. Thank you for sharing.

I have some of this! Since it's organic and natural I don't worry so much about giving it to my kids to help them relax.

I've drank a tart cherry juice before bed before & it worked great. Although this one would be much better since it's only 2Tbsp. instead of a whole cup.
