Easy Fish Tacos With Avocado Cream Made With True Lime And New True Lime, Garlic & Cilantro Salt-Free Seasoning And A Giveaway

I love simple recipes that I can make on days when I don't feel like cooking. I always have these ingredients on hand so I can make dinner in a flash. These fish tacos use simple ingredients that are healthy for you too. The ingredient that brings out the flavor is lime. I never seem to have fresh limes of lime juice in my fridge, but I always have True Lime  in my pantry.

Easy Fish Tacos With Avocado Cream

Makes 2 servings

2 frozen fish fillets, thawed(I like using cod or tilapia)

True Lime Salt-free Lime,Garlic & Cilantro seasoning

small bag of cole slaw mix

8 white corn tortillas

1 ripe avocado

1 True Lime packet

1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

1/4 cup fat free mayo or fat free sour cream

Place thawed fish in a microwave safe dish and sprinkle both sides of fish with True Lime Salt-free Lime,Garlic & Cilantro seasoning. Microwave the fish on high for 4-5 minutes. While the fish is cooking,make the avocado cream.

 To make the avocado cream:peel and mash up the avocado in a bowl. Add the True Lime Packet, garlic powder, and mayo, stir to combine. 

When the fish is done, microwave the tortillas for 30 seconds to warm them up. Place two tortillas on a plate and place a generous amount of cole slaw mix on it. Place half of a fish piece on the cole slaw mix and top with the avocado cream. Repeat with the remaining ingredients. Serve two fish tacos per person. To serve more people just cook one fish fillet per person and use more corn tortillas.
