My favorite seafood place, Bonefish grill has a wonderful new menu and it is so awesome. The new Fire + Ice Pre-Fixe menu features three courses that provide a wonderful tasting experience. The choices on this new menu are so good that you will have a hard time choosing which one to order.
My husband and I had an opportunity to dine at Bonefish Grill the other night. The Fire + Ice menu featured four wonderful seafood and meat options. They all sounded so delicious, I had a hard time deciding which one to order. Each dish comes with a fresh salad and a dessert of DIY Doughnuts. This dessert is a Bonefish Grill house specialty and just blew me away with how it was served.
Here are the new menu choices that were served at my local Bonefish Grill:
• Cold Water Lobster Tail — Steamed and seasoned, served with warm drawn butter, crispy smashed Yukon Gold potatoes and spring sugar Snap peas.
• Shrimp + Scallop Firepot — Jumbo shrimps and scallops finished firepot style, served with rustic cut vegetables and Yukon gold potatoes. Finished with spring sugar snap peas.
• Shrimp + Scallop Firepot — Jumbo shrimps and scallops finished firepot style, served with rustic cut vegetables and Yukon gold potatoes. Finished with spring sugar snap peas.
• Grilled Lamb Chops — Seasoned and lightly caramelized, served with crispy Yukon gold potatoes.
• Oscar Turbot — From the land of fire and ice, Greenland Turbot is sautéed piccata-style and topped with jumbo lump crab meat and asparagus. Served with mushroom ravioli, spring peas and roasted pepper.
I ended up choosing the Oscar Turbot while my husband ordered the Grill Lamb Chops. I selected the house salad while my husband selected the Cesar salad. My house salad had a wonderful citrus dressing on it and toppings like heart of palm with pumpkin seeds and olives. Our salads also came with warm fresh bread. That was just the first course of the Fire + Ice menu.

The second course was our entrees. My Oscar Turbot had such wonderful flavors. Each bite was better than the first. My fish was cooked perfectly and the mushroom ravioli was filled with delicious tasting mushrooms. The steamed vegetables were a great choice for this dish.
My husband said the Grilled Lamb Chops had great flavor to them. The Yukon Gold potatoes were a unique item on the plate. The seasoned crispy coating on the potatoes offered a new taste to me as they blended in with the lamb chops. This dish came with steamed sugar snap peas.
The third item was the best course to me. The DIY Doughnuts was a fun dessert of croissant-like doughnut holes, tossed in cinnamon sugar that came with mini squeezable bottles filled with caramel and chocolate sauce. The plate also had a huge serving of house made-whip cream. We enjoyed spreading the delicious doughnuts with the whip cream and sauces.
