 Magnesium Gummies

Magnesium is a powerful supplement with many benefits. One of the 12 Benefits of Magnesium is it may help one sleep better. Taking a magnesium gummie before bed may help your body relax and fall asleep.

For some people like me, magnesium may have the opposite effect and it may stimulate your body. If you discover that magnesium has the opposite effect on you, you can enjoy your magnesium gummy in the morning to experience the sleep benefits of magnesium at bedtime. I used a magnesium supplement in the morning for a couple of days and  I noticed that I was sleeping better and was no longer waking up several times throughout the night.

My favorite brand of magnesium gummies is Trace Minerals.

Wake-up Sunrise Alarm Clock

A Wake-up sunrise alarm clock with a sleep aid feature is a product that will not only help with sleep but also help you wake up in the morning. This natural light alarm clock glows a soft night light and/or plays natural sounds with an auto-off timer to help you fall asleep more peacefully. So drift off to sleep with the relaxing sound of water or other nature sounds.

Then set the sunrise alarm clock to wake you up with natural light and the sound of birds. This clock simulates nature so your body can fall asleep quicker and then wake up in a room that is bright like the sunshine. They say a dark room is better for sleeping but if you are like me it may creep you out. So the night light feature can help you fall asleep before turns off.

I use a few of these products and to be honest the Lavender essential oils have been great in assisting me but, I still have a hard time trying to stay sleep.

Great products! Sometimes I take valerian tablets to help me fall asleep faster and deeper - but like twice a month just when I needed longer sleep. I would also like to try the emma mattress, reviews have been positive!

I haven’t had a to kid issues going to sleep lately. But if I get insomnia again sometime soon I’ll try diffusing some lavender.
