On International Coffee Day, I was introduced to a new company named Rockin'. The subject of the email was "New Coffee Company Launch" and that got my attention. I have a love for coffee, and I opened up the email. The email introduced me to a company that was on a mission to crank up my well-being.

From Morning to Night with Rockin'

 I started my day with the BOOST+ liquid shot. This was the perfect energy product for my gym workout. This shot gave me the right amount of energy to get a great workout and I loved that it helped me balance my electrolytes.

After the gym, I grabbed the bag of  Rockin’ Coffee’s Guatemala Blend coffee beans. The aroma of the coffee beans was so good. I used my coffee grinder to make the beans ready for my pour-over coffee maker. The chocolate notes of this coffee made this coffee so delicious. 

 The Groove powder blended nicely into my cup of coffee and did not alter the taste of my coffee. I loved the added focus that I got from this CBD powder, and it helped me get more work done on the computer.  

 At bedtime, I decided to apply the Soothe Hemp Balm to my aching calf muscles. I may have done too many squats, and they were sore. The lemon ginger scent of the balm was awesome, and it quickly absorbed into my skin. Within minutes, my pain felt better. Soon after that, I was ready for bed.
