Homemade All Purpose Cleaner Recipe
Ingredients
- 1 teaspoon 20 Mule Team Borax
- 1/4 cup white vinegar
- 2 cups water
Directions
- Boil the water. Pour it into a large glass measuring cup or pitcher with a spout.
- Add the borax and stir until dissolved.
- Add the vinegar.
- Let cool, then pour the mixture into a spray bottle.

I use it as a detergent booster. I am secretly addicted to bleach, and this is the only thing I will use as a whitener when I need to back off on the bleach a little bit :)

I'll be using it for laundry detergent and also to help with pest (roach) control. I live in the South, and sadly, bugs are always an issue. :(
The obvious choice is to use it for cleaning (floors), but I can make slime for my kid using borax, glue, and food coloring!
