My Afternoon Drink Is Green With Soulnatas Premium Organic Japanese Matcha Green Tea Powder And A Giveaway

I love Matcha green tea powderr. I have been using my Matcha in my morning smoothie but now that the weather is getting cooler, I decided to try it hot for my afternoon tea. I discovered that I like Matcha green tea powder in a hot beverage too. I usually don't drink green tea hot as I find it bitter but that is not the case with Premium Organic Japanese Matcha Green Tea Powder made by Soulnatas. I made a hot drink with 1 teaspoon of the green tea powder and added a package of my sweetener. I found my drink to be very pleasant and not bitter at all.

So you are probably wondering why I like Matcha green tea powder so much. I love it for its antioxidant superpower. Matcha powder equals 10 glasses of regular green tea, so it has a  wonderful amount of antioxidants in it which helps to fight free radicals that damages your cells which speed up your aging process and lead to many age – related diseases. I only have to have one glass of Matcha green tea to get the benefits of drinking 10 glasses of green tea. I love that I am getting a awesome amount of antioxidants in one drink a day!

Matcha can boost your metabolism and give you great endurance before exercise. I also like to add Matcha powder to my smoothie before I go running. This wonderful green powder can help with concentration and memory too. I like to drink a glass of my hot Matcha in the afternoon to help me with my work when I am writing.

Match green tea powder is also great for baking too. You can add it too cookies, muffins, pancakes, etc. I love mixing Matcha in my fruit smoothie along with blueberries and the berries take away the green color. My smoothies still taste like the fruit I put into it as the Matcha does not overpower them. Do you like those green tea drinks that you get at coffee places? This Matcha powder is the product to use to make them at home.

I love matcha as hot tea, and with no sweetener -- I'd also want to try using it in baking, to make matcha cookies or something.
