5 Tips to Improve Memory With The Power of Cocoa and CocoaVia

I am not going to let age interfere with my memory

As we get older, it is natural to worry about our memory. I know my memory or lack of memory has been on my mind lately. With everyone at home doing online school and working from home it seems that it is even harder for me to concentrate. I like to blame it on the noise and the distractions but in reality, I wonder if it has something to do with my age. I am over 50 and I have been doing a lot of research lately about how to best improve my memory through supplements and foods.

I long for a quiet house again with my family leaving for the day and the house staying clean. Oh, it would be so nice to walk into a clean kitchen and be able to concentrate on my writing more efficiently. The day of a quite house is long off it seems so I have learned some tips to help me concentrate better. Some of the concentration and memory helping tips that I have learned are:

1. Write in down: If I want to remember anything, I have to write it down on a piece of paper or on my whiteboard. That way I can glance at it throughout the day. These pieces of paper that I have around my desk are for the daily things that I need to get done. For the things that I need to remember for next week or next month, those get recorded into my blogger planner. I could do all this on my smartphone but when I tried that I forgot to look at my phone scheduler.

2. Start my day with exercise: I force myself to exercise daily, first thing in the morning as I have found that morning exercise has benefits. Exercising in the morning can improve your cognition and memory as well as keep your body healthy. When I am out running, my brain gets plenty of oxygen and I am able to remember what needs to be done for the day. I have also composed articles while I am exercising. Now I just wish there was a way to record my thoughts on my computer while I am exercising.

3. Sit-up straight: My mom was right about reminding me to sit-up straight as I have discovered that poor posture or slouching in my chair makes me tired which affects my thinking. I think it has to do with blood flow and oxygen getting to the brain.

4. Drink coffee: That cup of joe or coffee is good for the memory. I know most people associate the caffeine that is in coffee for energy but it is also great for helping the brain think better. I usually have my first cup of coffee later in the morning after I answer all my emails and when I am ready to start composing my articles on my website. That cup of coffee seems to give my brain the energy to think and focus on my work.

5. Take a cocoa extract supplement: I recently started to use a cocoa extract supplement in the afternoon when my brain and memory tend to go on slow mode and this supplement that contains cocoa flavanols has been helping me with my memory. Earlier this year I wrote the power of cocoa flavanols for heart health and how a delicious Cran-Raspberry Strawberry Chocolate Smoothie could help promote healthy blood flow, which helps deliver oxygen and nutrients to your heart and brain. Well, now CocoaVia™ has a supplement that contains 750 mg of cocoa flavanols per serving and is clinically proven to help improve memory in just 8 weeks.

About:

Its memory and brain health benefits are backed by 4 double-blind clinical studies conducted among ~400 healthy adults that show significant improvements in 3 different aspects of memory: long-term memory, spatial memory, and word recall. $60/bottle, with loyalty discounts for subscription and bulk offerings.

10 YEARS OF MEMORY RESEARCH

CocoaVia™ Memory+  is BACKED BY 10 YEARS OF MEMORY RESEARCH AND 4 CLINICAL STUDIES so it is a supplement that works. I like that CocoaVia™ Memory+ is available in an easy to swallow capsule formula so I can take it any time of the day and not have to mix a powder into my drink. I place this blue bottle right next to my computer so I remember to take it daily. I have only been using CocoaVia™ Memory+ for a couple of weeks and I have noticed that I am able to think better during the afternoon, which is usually my writing time. This cocoa flavanols supplement has been shown to help improve 3 different aspects of memory which includes remembering people's names. That is the one part of my memory that I have seen declining as I get older.

INCREASED WORD RECALL: Are names always on the tip of your tongue? Study participants improved word recall by 31%

FASTER SPATIAL MEMORY: Constantly looking for your phone? Participants experienced 24% faster completion of memory tasks compared to people in the control group.

BETTER LONG-TERM MEMORY: Want to hold onto those valuable memories from childhood? Participants saw improvements in episodic memory.

Getting older doesn’t mean your best days are behind you

Having my husband's dad live near us has opened my eyes to what age can do to your memory. My father-in-law is 83 and his memory is rapidly declining. Simple things like using a phone are hard for him to do. I can look back the past 7 years that he has lived here and see how his health and lifestyle could be factors in his memory problems. I think being a caregiver to his late wife who suffered from Alzheimer's also played a big role in my father-in-law's health. This has encouraged my husband to take better care of his health and even got my husband exercising.

While we can't stop getting older, we can start today taking better care of our health and brain health. Taking CocoaVia™ Memory+ is one of those things I can do for my long term health to take better care of my memory. I like that a daily supplement helps me not to worry about my memory as I age. I am not going to let age interfere with my memory.

Try CocoaVia™ Memory+ to see for yourself how it can help improve your memory.

And don’t forget, it’s covered by the CocoaVia™ money-back guarantee.

My memory is horrible so I really, really needed to read this. I've tried to improve it and prevent further memory issues, but it's sadly a side effect of my medication/prior illnesses.

I've never heard this about cocoa before. I too am getting older, I forget things occasionally. I found my ind is clearer when I get good sleep too.

I'm just on my 30s but I could really relate to this. Maybe because of the way I work. Home based jobs sounds easy but it's really a ton of work that my brain can't process them all. Lolz
