 This new romantic comedy that will be playing on Pure Flix shares stories of three couples at different stages of life and is a journey through finding love, hope, and joy after loss. The theme of the movie is love – romantic love and the love of God. I had the privilege of watching Heaven Sent before it debuts on Pure Flix and I must say that I enjoyed watching this romantic comedy.

“Heaven Sent” is a dynamic and heartfelt story about love at different stages of life.

 Elise gave up on love long ago after losing her son many years ago. She focused all her energy on raising her grandson and love did not have a place in her life. Elise wanted nothing to do with dating until she met a widowed pastor through a singles night that her friend invited her to. Patrick, who lost his wife 5 years ago, was also at the event, not by choice, as his parish was playing matchmaker.  Patrick was not looking for a relationship either. 

Through a chance meeting, after they both left the dating event, love found Elise and Patrick. I love that Heaven Sent shows that you are never too old to open the door on love.
