My current beauty routine

 My beauty routine starts early in the morning. I wake up around 6 AM and use my NIRA Facial Laser before I head outside to run. After my 5-mile run, I nourish my body with a plant-based protein shake that I added flaxseed to. I then apply serum and moisturizer to my face. 

 A couple of times a week, I will use the Glowup light mask while checking my email or watching TV. Before I go to bed, I will wash my face and apply serum and cream to my face. I like a simple beauty routine with products that have natural ingredients, and I never use makeup.
