It starts with a little tickle in your throat, and the next day you wake up feeling miserable. You have been gifted the common cold or, worse yet, the flu. Learn about some products that can help boost your immune system, so you can avoid getting sick.
No one likes being sick! An illness can make you feel miserable and can be downright annoying. That cough that keeps you awake, or the constant need to blow your nose, is never fun to deal with. You try your best to not get sick, but it just happens.
Do you want to learn how to avoid catching a cold? As a mom of 5, I have learned over the years the best ways to stay healthy so I avoid catching the colds that my kids have. I believe that a healthy diet and exercise are the best way to stay well during cold and flu season. I also have serveral products that help boost my immune system, to help my body fight off the germs.
Discover some products that are good for immunity
1. Soap ~ The best product that can help you avoid getting sick is soap. Washing your hands frequently is the best way to stop germs from entering your body. Most people think that hand sanitizer is better than soap, but that is not the case. Hand sanitizer can actually harm your immune system, as it also kills the good bacteria that your body needs to fight the germs.
So wash your hands. I like to wash my hands before I eat, after using the bathroom, after I have been out of the house, and after I have been around a sick person. Make sure to scrub your hands well for 2 minutes(sing the song Happy Birthday 2 times) and also rinse away all the soap.
These Marbled Clay Soaps will make hand washing fun. From their beautiful colors to natural scents that smell good, you will want to use them. I like that marbled soaps are made with natural ingredients like coconut oil, shea butter, and natural essential oils that cleanse without stripping the skin. This beautiful soap set is perfect for holiday gifts.
Check out the scent profiles of the soaps:
~ Amalfi: Lavender and Frankincense
~ Uji: Cedarwood and Peppermint
~ Giza: Lemon and Sweet Orange
~ Kifuka: Cedarwood and Pine
~ Uluru: Lemongrass and Sweet Orange
~ Kimbe: Persian Lime and Clove Bud

I will have to get some of these. I hate when I get sick so anything I can do to ward that off is a plus.
I like how you start off by grounding the post in everyday reality—“a little tickle in your throat” is a perfect, relatable setup. Your mix of practical tips and product suggestions gives readers both mindset and “actionables” — you make immune care feel accessible, not overwhelming.
Well timed with all the bugs around at the moment. Washing hands with soap goes a long way to help protects us from getting ill.
These are all great immune boosters! I didn't realize chlorella was so good for the immune system. I always wash my hands when I get home, or after touching doorknobs at work, shopping, etc.
Great list! I was surprised to see socks on there but after your explanation, it makes so much sense.
Great round-up of products! With winter around the corner (whcich means cold & flu too), I need to try some of these to boost my immunity
