I am a runner and run about 5 miles a day. I was looking for a way to track my progress so, when Ozeri asked me if I wanted to review their Ozeri 4x3runner Digital Pocket 3D Pedometer, I said "yes." The Ozeri 4x3runner Digital Pocket 3D Pedometer is a cool product that tracks a lot of things like steps, miles, time, and speed. It also has walking and jog modes which is a cool feature. When you first set up your pedometer, you put in your weight and height so you can track calories burned too. I like that this product is water resistant as I sometimes get caught in the rain while I am running. The Ozeri 4X3runner Digital Pocket 3D Pedometer is lightweight too. That is a plus to me as I don't want anything weighing me down as I run. It clips easy to anything and there is also a wrist strap, if you prefer to wear it that way. I clip this to my waist pack and it stays secure while I run.
 The pedometer comes with easy to read instructions to help set up the product and understand how to use it.  I am still getting used to using the pedometer while I run but I am amazed at how many steps I take while running. This is how my hair looked before I started using nuNAAT Garlic Magic Collection. I used the products for two weeks. I used the shampoo, conditioner, and styling leave-in every time I shampooed. The Intense Hydration Hair Mask I used every other time I shampooed. The results were amazing! I noticed less hair in my comb after washing and my straight hair developed a nice wave to it. I think my before dry hair needed the moisture to get that nice wave. My hair is also ready for a hair cut. I am amazed at how my hair is fuller. My friends thought I got a perm.
