Since I had a plenty of PB Crave on hand, I decided to make some peanut butter cookies. My recipe has less fat than regular cookies and oatmeal for extra nutrition.
Peanut Butter Oatmeal Cookies
1 egg
1 egg white
2/3 cup packed brown sugar
2 Tablespoon vegetable oil
1/2 cup PB Crave Choco Choco flavor
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
1 cup flour
1/2 cup old-fashion rolled oats
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
Preheat oven to 350 and coat 2 baking sheets with nonstick cooking spray.
Beat the egg, egg white, brown sugar, oil, PB Crave, and vanilla until smooth. Add the flour, oats, and baking soda and beat until well mixed.
