The first one is my way. I always do that, it is so relaxing.
I wish I could take Yoga seriously but it just gives the giggles.
I just try to jog daily and that seems to help.

My daughter keeps telling me yoga makes her feel so much less stressed and more relaxed. I really need to jump on it.
