WOW! This is what our family needs! Been wanting to eat healthy food but it's a challenge to prepare in the morning. I didn't know I can order an already prepared meal that can also be stored for up to 10 days! Really want this!

but to stay healthy you can practice more at home with dumbbells. I think that's a good idea. my friend Soneat Ak also practices them at home and feels much better.
