Eating healthy does not have to be boring and tasteless. When you use the right ingredients and recipes you can eat delicious tasty food like chocolate pancakes that are loaded with protein. My youngest boy does not eat meat and has a few protein sources that he will eat like yogurt and peanut butter. So I am always looking for ways to get the protein into his body. My favorite way to add protein to his diet is through protein powder. One of my favorite protein powders to use is Nuzest Rich Chocolate Clean Lean Protein Powder as my son loves the rich chocolate taste. I love that this plant-based protein powder is dairy-free, Gluten Free, Soy Free, and has no GMOs! I have dairy sensitivities so dairy-free protein powder is a plus for me. This is a protein powder that is allergy-friendly as it has no nasty ingredients in it.
The protein powder that uses no sweeteners like Stevia
My son loves making chocolate peanut butter smoothies with the Nuzest Clean Lean Protein Powder and gets very excited when I whip up a batch of pancakes with the protein powder in it. This delicious chocolate powder adds about 10 grams of protein to my son's daily diet with just one serving! When I make these pancakes, I always make a double batch so my son can use the leftover pancakes for peanut butter and jelly sandwiches.
