Socially Distant Easter Egg Hunt With Easter Eggs

Check out this fun Easter Egg hunt with your favorite Pixar films

Now that my boys are teens, the traditional Easter egg hunts don't excite them. Then there is the problem of most Easter celebrations for kids being canceled this year, thanks to a pandemic. So how are my boys supposed to get their Easter candy fix? They may be teens but they still love candy and are never too cool to find an Easter basket filled with candy on Easter morning. So I love this idea that Red Vines and Sour Punch created for a socially distant Easter Egg Hunt with "Easter Eggs."

Grab your favorite Easter candy and let the fun begin

Legend has it, there are tons of character pop-ups or “Easter Eggs” hidden throughout some of your family’s favorite Pixar films. Apparently, Toy Story 4 ranks highest in the hunt. Throughout the film, there are allegedly around 21 hidden references to other Pixar favorites. For some socially distanced fun this Easter, have a different kind of Easter Egg hunt. Stream Toy Story 4 and snag your spot on the couch for a family game; whoever spots each “Easter Egg” first gets a piece of candy to add to their Easter basket. The person with the most candy at the end of the game has the sharpest eyes, bragging rights, and a loaded Easter basket.

It is not too late to head to the store and buy delicious treats for this fun Easter game. Most stores carry Easter-themed candy and your kids will love the seasonal theme limited edition Sour Punch & Red Vine Easter varieties:

From Sour Punch:

  • Chicks & Bunnies
  • Easter Straws
  • Easter Bites
  • Easter Twists

From Red Vines:

  • Raspberry Twists
  • Lemon Blueberry Straws

Easter just got a little sweeter

The limited-edition Sour Punch & Red Vine Easter varieties are the perfect sweet treats for your socially distant Easter Egg hunt with watching your favorite Pixar movies. Your kids will love watching for the "Easter Eggs" and filling up their baskets with delicious candy. So grab the bags of your favorite flavors of Red Vines and Sour Punch. Then get ready for a day of family fun watching movies. Everyone is a winner with the prize of Easter candy.

If your kids still love the traditional Easter egg hunt, then these Easter-themed candies fit perfectly into the colorful plastic Easter eggs. So fill up your Easter eggs with sweet treats and hide them around the house or yard. Have the kids grab their baskets and have fun finding all the sweet treats. These vibrant colors and new fruit flavors are an awesome addition to springtime festivities.

Look for the seasonal theme limited edition Sour Punch & Red Vine Easter varieties in stores that sell Easter candy or online

We are going to have an Easter egg hunt activity this Sunday for my kids and their cousins only. It might be different from the last year but I am sure they will still have fun doing it.

This is such a great idea. I would love to do this for my daughters, nieces, and nephews but they are all past that age where they find it fun. Thanks for sharing!

My son is too old for Easter egg hunts now. I just buy him on toy that I know he wants and get him a bag of candy.
