A Orange Dreamsicle Protein Shake That Is Loaded With Protein Made With Pure Healthland Super Advance Whey Protein Powder

Do you enjoy a good intense workout? Ok, maybe you don't enjoy it but you like the results from the workout. When you workout your body uses muscles and these muscles need protein to recover and repair after an intense workout. Protein shakes are also great for a meal substitute when you are trying to lose weight. One way that I like to get my protein after a workout is through a protein shake. I like making my protein shakes myself as that way I can control the amount of protein and sugar in my shake. I find that many ready made protein shakes have too much sugar in them and most of them taste downright nasty.

I was sent a container of Pure Healthland Super Advance Whey Protein Powder so I could use to make my protein shakes. The flavor of the powder is vanilla and it had a nice creamy flavor when I mixed it with water. You can also mix the powder into milk, juice, or into a smoothie. I like to put the protein powder in a blender and add fruit and water to make a yummy shake. Since the powder is vanilla, you could also add things like chocolate or peanut butter to make great shakes. My favorite way to use this protein powder is to make an Orange Dreamsicle shake. I simply mix in a blender these ingredients until smooth.

1 cup water
1 scoop Pure Healthland Super Advance Whey Protein Powder
1 orange, peeled and sliced
