Low Calorie Guilt-Free Pina Colada

This is my favorite summer drink!

Summer is a wonderful time for refreshing cold drinks.  I just love whipping up drinks in my blender and relaxing outside on my patio, sipping my cold drink while my boys play.  My favorite summer drink is the pina colada. Did you know that the average pina colada is loaded with sugar, fat and calories? How am I suppose to enjoy my drink when I am trying to eat healthy and stay in shape? I want to enjoy my cold refreshing drink and not feel guilty. So what is a gal like me suppose to do?

I simply make a delicious drink  that is low calorie and made with natural ingredients. The best part about my recipe is that is tastes just as good as those fancy pina coladas that you get in restaurants. My drink uses only two ingredients too- a can of pineapple and a bottle of Coconut Cascade Ice.  Cascade Ice makes a delicious zero-calorie flavored water that tastes indulgent. After one sip, you will want to read the bottle as it tastes so sweet you will think it is loaded with sugar. Relax, Cascade Ice contains no sugar, sodium, caffeine, or gluten so you can enjoy this sparkling drink, guilt-free.  If coconut is not your favorite flavor, Cascade makes twenty other delicious sparkling flavored water. I am sure you will find a favorite flavor for summer.

Here are some of my favorite flavors of Cascade Ice. I love drinking these Zero calorie drinks over ice and mixed into refreshing blender drinks.  Just add watermelon cubes to a bottle of Blueberry Watermelon Cascade Ice and you have a yummy watermelon slushy. What cold refreshing drinks would you make with the Lemonade or Pomegranate Berry?

                Low-Calorie Pina Colada
Serves 4

One can crushed or chunked pineapple, 15 oz. packed in juice
One cup ice cubes
One bottle Coconut Cascade Ice zero-calorie sparkling water

Place the pineapple along with the juice, don’t drain, in a blender along with the ice and blend for a couple of minutes . Then stir the Coconut Cascade Ice into the pineapple mixture with a spoon. Pour into glasses and enjoy on a hot summer day or at your next party.

"These opinions are my own and I received samples of Cascade Ice to facilitate this post."

Well this sounds like an interesting products. Personally I don't care about the calories when I am drinking. I don't drink enough to worry about.
