Wow! I need to get one of this for me to have a better balance in my body. Balance is very needed in our life this is very helpful product.
Oh my goodness.....I could see myself using this with my standing desk....which I do not use enough. This is pretty cool and it will really work out some muscles you did not even know you had trying to stay balanced. Love it!

such a great reminder! Balance is crucial at any age!! It’s all about strengthening muscles and preventing injury.
