Gluten Free Chocolate Mocha Protein Brownies

Brownies that are delicious and good for you. Unbelievable!

Once in a while, I have a sweet tooth and crave something sweet. Cookies are my weakness and once I allow myself to enjoy a cookie, I tend to eat way too many. So when I make cookies, I try to add some healthy nutrition to them so I can indulge and still do good by my body. My motto is "make every calorie count" as I know I like the way I feel and look when I eat healthy food. Healthy eating does not have to mean no more delicious sweet treats. I still enjoy sweet treats once in a while. I love to make my own baked goods so I can make them with healthy nutrition instead of worthless empty calories that my body will make into fat cells on my belly. I also try to incorporate some protein into my baked goods as protein helps build strength and supports our energy levels. Did you know that protein is also plays a part in our moods? Protein is also great for weight control. I make some delicious Mocha brownies that are loaded with protein and a wonderful cream mocha flavor. My brownies also have fiber, omegas, and a great taste. They have very little fat and sugar so I can indulge and still eat healthily.

I am an ambassador for Nuzest and get samples of my choice to create recipes.

I make my rich decadent chocolate brownies with a creamy cappuccino flavored Protein powder that contains real coffee so I also get a bit of energy from them, making them a perfect treat for breakfast. Yes, you can have these brownies for breakfast, if you want, as they are that healthy. I like to enjoy my healthy chocolate treat with a cup of coffee after I go for my morning run. The protein from my brownies helps repair my muscles. By the way, these scrumptious are also gluten-free.

The secret ingredient that gives my healthy brownies all their delicious mocha flavor and tons of protein is my favorite protein powder. Nuzest Creamy Cappuccino Clean Lean Protein also makes a delicious creamy coffee/protein drink that is loaded with 21 grams of protein so you can skip the drive-thru in the morning as you have your coffee and breakfast in one delicious drink.

I received a Brownie Bonanza pan to facilitate this post.

I just received this cool Brownie Pan that allows me to make my brownies even healthier. This Red Copper Brownie Bonanza requires no greasing as it is made with heavy duty copper infused non-stick ceramic, so my homemade brownies slide right out of the pan! I really love that it makes each brownie the same size. This pan is super easy to use, I just pour in my batter and insert the grid. Then I bake and lift the brownies out of the pan. The pan is also dishwasher safe and PFOA and PTFE Free. Do you like the brownie edges? Since this cool pan allows each brownie to bake separately, they all have those brownie edges!
