Back To School Treats With Sparkling Ice

The kids are back in school! Check out these yummy treats to celebrate.

Sparkling Sweet Treat Pops

INGREDIENTS

Popsicle Mold

Popsicle sticks

1 bottle Sparkling Ice Black Raspberry

1 container of fresh raspberries, chopped

DIRECTIONS

Fill your trays or molds with Sparkling Ice, topping each with a scoop of chopped raspberries.  If using ice cube trays cover tray tightly with tin foil. Poke a popsicle stick through the foil into each cube.  If using an ice pop maker place the handle sticks into the molds.   Place in the freezer for about 2 hours or until frozen. This recipe works with any of your favorite Sparkling Ice flavors and fresh fruit. Enjoy!

Fruity Sparkling Ice-icles

INGREDIENTS

1 bottle (17 oz) Sparkling Ice Strawberry Watermelon

2-3 sliced strawberries

1 sliced kiwi fruit

1/4 cup blueberries

DIRECTIONS

Pour about 2 oz of Sparkling Ice Strawberry Watermelon into each popsicle mold. Add about 4 to 5 pieces of fruit per mold, making sure to keep the liquid below the fill line. Insert popsicle sticks and freeze for 8 hours, or until completely frozen. Run popsicle mold under warm water to release popsicles and serve. To create a multi-colored ombre effect, choose 2-3 varieties of Sparkling Ice. Pour 1 oz of the first Sparkling Ice flavor into each popsicle mold and add 1-2 pieces fruit. Freeze for 90 minutes, remove from freezer and add 1 to 2 oz of the other Sparkling Ice flavors plus 1-2 more pieces of fruit. Freeze for another 6 hours, or until completely frozen.
