    Even though it’s probably rare that you’re even allowed to shower without one of the children wanting something, you need to take time to yourself. Between being a Mom, wife, employee and a friend, you’ve barely got any time to concentrate on yourself. Arrange a day that you can do just that.

    You could treat yourself to a pampering day which could include a long hot bath, a hair and face mask, a glass of wine and your favorite book. This way, when you do have to return to being what you need to be, your head will be clearer and you’ll be able to handle the situation more confidently.

Whatever it is that you’re missing from your life, start applying it now so that you can feel better in general. Remember, enjoy your life, we’re not on this earth for long!
