Kid Friendly Chocolate Chia Seed Pudding & Giveaway

  So rich and chocolatey

I received samples from Macrolife Naturals to facilitate this post.

If you are like most parents, you struggle to get your children to eat fruits and vegetables. I can get one child to eat plenty of fruit each day but the other child will only eat green grapes. Both boys are not fans of vegetables and I struggle with ways to get them to eat their veggies. I don't know why my boys dislike veggies, maybe it has something to do with the texture. I love eating vegetables so it is not that I don't set the example for my boys. Maybe one day my boys will love their veggies. For now, I will keep offering vegetables to them and sneak veggies into their diet with a delicious chocolate pudding.

Sneak in the fruits and veggies

Macrolife Naturals Macro Coco Greens the all-natural chocolate super “greens” multi-vitamin drink mix that kids love!

The secret ingredient in my kid-friendly chocolate chia seed pudding is an all natural super "greens multi-vitamin drink mix. This Macro Coco Greens contains 3+ servings of fruits and veggies! Macrolife Naturals Macro Coco Greens also contains other healthy ingredients like gut-healthy probiotics, enzymes, and essential vitamins A, C, D, E – plus calcium, magnesium, trace minerals, and electrolytes. The best part is the Macro Coco Greens drink mix tastes like chocolate milk! My boys also love this chocolate super “greens” multi-vitamin drink mix mixed into their almond milk. I love that the chocolate drink mix has 70% less sugar (only 2 grams of sugar per serving) when compared to other chocolate drink mixes. It is also vegan and gluten-free so I can enjoy it without having to worry about my dairy allergy.

Perfect in pancakes and donuts

I love using the Macro Coco Greens in other recipes that call for cocoa powder. That way my boys get some gut-healthy probiotics with their favorite foods. This super "greens" would be perfect in my vegan chocolate protein pancakes that the boys love for breakfast. I will be adding the Macro Coco Greens to my healthy vegan donuts that have a chocolate glaze. This multi-vitamin drink mix is also so easy to sneak into my sons favorite plant-based chocolate peanut butter smoothie. My oldest son loves when I make my healthy gluten-free black bean brownies so will be sneaking in some of the Macro Coco Greens into the recipe. It is a superfood that kids will love!

Kids will enjoy chia seeds in this delicious Fruit and Chia Peach Fruit Cup

Berri Superfood for kids

MacroLife Naturals also has a Macro Berri Reds Superfood drink mix that kids will love. This Multi-vitamin, multi-mineral blend contains 19 organic super fruits and berries as well as probiotics and enzymes. This delicious drink mix has 3+ servings of fruits and berries as well as Super antioxidants like goji, mangosteen, acai, and pomegranate. Just like the Macro Coco Greens, the Macro Berri Reds is low in sugar, vegan, and gluten-free. My boys and I love the delicious berry taste in smoothies, plant-based milk, and it too would be great to stir into many recipes like chia seed pudding. Just swap out the chocolate almond milk for plain almond milk and the Macro Coco Greens for the Macro Berri Reds.

Chia seeds are loaded with heart-healthy fiber and omegas

I like all these ideas. I'd probably put it in a smoothie or pancakes as that is what we eat the most.

I've never liked chia, but I think I would like it in this pudding form. I know it's for kids, but I can be rather picky too ;) So it's perfect for me as well!

At one time I was adding chia to a lot of the foods that we ate but somehow got away from it. May be time to revisit.

I have purchased similar powders before and my kids refused. However, now my son is concerned about being healthier and improving his nutrient intake so he can work out better. Hmmmmm maybe now is the time! Thanks for sharing!
