The Posture Perfect Pillow was different. The bowtie shape looked like it could be comfortable. This pillow is made for back sleepers and side sleepers. 

When used for side sleeping, one uses the pillow as is. When used for sleeping on your back, the pillow has snaps to transform it into a different shape. The unusual part of this pillow is that you can snap the pillow around your neck for additional support.

My first night with the Mercola Market Pillow

 I sleep on my side, so I used the pillow without snapping it up. I had a hard time sleeping with just this pillow. While the pillow had a nice feel to it, I was used to having a bigger pillow. I like to hug my pillow as I sleep, and I could not do that. 

 I gave the pillow a chance by itself, but after an hour of using the pillow, I could not get comfortable. So I grabbed my other 2 pillows from the floor and placed them back on my bed. I then decided to just hug the Mercola pillow as I slept. 

The unique bowtie shape of the pillow was awesome to snuggle with. It reminded me of the body pillow that I used when I was pregnant. I placed the pillow under my knee while I was on my side, and it gave my body great support. I decided to use this pillow for body support to align my spine in a comfortable position.

Some nights I placed the pillow under my knee, and other nights, I placed the pillow under my arm. It felt good to snuggle with this pillow. Since the pillow was smaller, it did not take up much room on the bed, so it did not annoy my husband.

I tried the pillow, snapped up 

 I decided to try the pillow in the snapped form while I was awake. My sleep apnea does not allow me to sleep on my back. The pillow was comfortable in the snapped position, and I could see myself using the pillow while relaxing on the couch. The pillow did offer good neck support, so I could see this benefiting someone who slept on their back.

The Right Pillow Makes All The Difference In Getting The Best Sleep

I am a picky pillow person when it comes to my pillow. How does the GhostBed compare to my current pillow?

  When I first took the GhostPillow out of the box, the first thing that I noticed was this pillow felt cool to the touch. The pillow was also pretty light, unlike another heavy memory foam pillow that I had tried a while back. The pillow also had an amazing squish to it.   I placed my new GhostPillow on the hotel bed right before bed. I then placed my head on the pillow, and the memory foam felt so comfortable. I noticed from looking at the box that the pillow came that this pillow had gel in it that was supposed to keep the pillow cold all night. I liked the sound of that as I hate sleeping with the air on at hotels, as the noise bothers me. 

 At home, I also don't sleep well with the fan on because of the noise, and the air tends to make me cough. No, I really am not a good sleeper, so my pillow has to be comfortable. So, did I have a good night of sleep?

 Well, I did not have the best sleep, again, I do not sleep well on strange beds, but I did have some incredible head support. 

 

 I usually sleep with two pillows as I feel that is what I need for proper head support. I decided to give the GhostPillow a chance, and I just used that pillow for the night. I was surprised that this pillow was comfortable, and I did not cough while I slept. I slept on my side with the cool gel pillow. 

  At home, if I do not use two pillows, I wake up coughing, but my head and neck were supported with this pillow. I got enough sleep that I woke up with the sun. When I am staying at hotels by myself, I keep the curtains open as I love waking up with the sun; my husband does not. This pillow did not feel stiff, but rather it conformed to how I wanted it to.

  I think at home I may try it using it with another pillow to see what kind of neck support I can get and maybe I could sleep on my back without coughing. I will also retire my other memory foam pillow as this GhostPillow has a new place on my bed.

Update: Once I got home from my trip, I used the GhostPillow with another pillow and realized that there was no need for that, as the GhostPillow still gave me great neck support when I slept on my side. I also had a night of sleep with no coughing. No coughing for me means sleeping through the night and waking up refreshed. So, to sum it up I had a good night of sleep!
